I’m Rachel, Owner & Cookie Queen, and I started this small‑batch cottage bakery with one goal: make cookies folks will LOVE that are thick, chewy, and packed with flavor.
While the official launch of Show-Me Cookies Co. is slated for August 1, 2026, I wanted to come online and say, "Hello!"
I'm still working on the website. Please have grace while we work through bugs. Target to have site online and functional ordering by EOD Friday, August 31st!
